3. Product Descriptions, Natural Variations & Authenticity

  • Handcrafted & Natural Material: Our products are crafted from authentic, natural materials such as Tulsi and sacred wood. Because every piece is handcrafted:
    • Slight variations in bead size, color tone, natural grain texture, and finish are completely natural characteristics of genuine wood and are not considered defects.
  • Product Imagery: We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, the exact color display may vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.
  • Pricing & Availability: All prices and item availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at our discretion.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order through our checkout process represents an offer to purchase.
  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization (or valid order placement for COD, if applicable) and receipt of an automated confirmation message/email from Vrindakart.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
    • Incorrect pricing or listing errors.
    • Incomplete or unverified shipping/contact information.
    • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
    • Inability to ship to the designated delivery address.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made via our approved and secure third-party payment gateways (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets).
  • We do not collect or store your sensitive banking credentials or payment card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Fulfillment: Orders are packaged securely and dispatched via reputed courier services or postal logistics (such as India Post / partner courier aggregators).
  • Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery schedules vary based on the destination pin code (typically 3–8 business days within India). Vrindakart is not liable for minor shipment delays caused by postal disruptions, extreme weather, festivals, or courier logistical delays.
  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address and contact number prior to completing the order. Re-shipment charges arising from incorrect customer addresses or repeated failed delivery attempts will be borne by the customer.

7. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

  • Damage in Transit / Incorrect Item: If your item arrives visibly damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos/videos showing the parcel packaging and defective item.
  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order is processed, packaged, and handed over to logistics, it cannot be cancelled.
