Shipping Policy
At Vrindakart, our staff is committed to providing prompt, effective delivery of your orders while making sure that every shipment is treated with the highest care. We strive to get it to your door in the finest possible condition, whether it’s a handcrafted piece or a daily necessity. When checking out, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and comprehensive shipping information. Packages shipped to the wrong address because of customer error are not Vrindakart’s responsibility.
Order Processing
- Online payments for orders are processed in a single working day.
- Delivery of non-customized goods usually occurs five to six business days after shipping.
- Delivery of customized items could take five to nine business days.
- On Sundays and national/public holidays, we don’t ship.We use reputable courier services like Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC and when required, India Post.
- We will make an effort to ship via Registered Post if courier delivery to your address is not possible. Delivery schedules, however, can differ for some locations.
Expedited Shipping
We provide prepaid orders with expedited delivery (4–5 working days) to major metro areas.
Remote Locations
Couriers may ask recipients to pick up parcels from the closest delivery hub in some remote or rural locations. In such cases, we appreciate your understanding.
Damaged Goods
If your package is damaged, tampered with, or altered upon arrival:
- Do not accept the delivery.
- Within 24 hours of delivery, send an email to support@vrindakart.com with your order ID and package pictures.
- At no additional expense, we will set up a reverse pickup and send you a brand-new replacement.
- When returning an item, make sure the original packaging and product identification are still in place.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order:
- After placing your order, send an email with your order ID and name to support@vrindakart.com within 60 minutes.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been packaged or sent.
