Refund & Replacement Policy
We want each and every customer to purchase from Vrindakart with confidence. Although all sales are final, we do accept returns and exchanges in certain, valid situations involving damage or wrong delivery.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellations are only allowed within three hours of placing the order because of the speed at which orders are processed. Beyond that, we are unable to guarantee that the shipment can be stopped.
Replacements
The following situations qualify you for a one-day replacement window:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged product
- Delivered the wrong product
To claim a replacement:
- Within 24 hours after delivery, send us an email at support@vrindakart.com.
- Show the product flaws, the packaging label, and the unpacking procedure in a clear video and pictures.
- If the claim is legitimate, we will check it and start the replacement process for free.
- you will get refund in 5 working days
Cases Not Eligible for Return/Refund
The following situations prevent us from accepting returns or providing refunds:
- Personal preference or a shift in opinion.
- Size or color dissatisfaction.
- The user tampered with or cleaned the product.
- Items that were returned without their original packaging, tags, or attachments.
Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a replacement:
- The item needs to be unused.
- Returning it in its original box is required.
Delivery Failures and RTOs
Our courier partners may make up to two additional delivery attempts if the first one is unsuccessful because the receiver is not available or the address is incorrect. We will get in touch with you to reschedule the delivery if the order is returned to us (Return to Origin). Please be aware that in these situations, there can be additional delivery costs.
A customer’s account may be blocked from future orders if they consistently give false information or deny delivery without a good reason.
Changes to Policies
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to update, amend, or change any element of these policies. These modifications will take effect as soon as they are uploaded to the website. To stay informed, we advise periodically going over our policy pages. You agree to the updated terms and policies if you keep using the website after they have been made.
Our Discretion
Vrindakart reserves the final right to approve or deny refunds, exchanges, or replacements based on our inspection and policy guidelines.
